    Our Staff

  • Providing a high-quality education and first-class teaching are central to our aims at Stafford Schools. Our classes are staffed by well-qualified, friendly and enthusiastic teachers and teaching assistants. They are a well-established, close-knit staff team and have considerable experience and a genuine passion for teaching young minds, ensuring that each student is well supported in their learning.

An atmosphere of stability and security pervades from Stafford Schools and our staff work hard with the youngest members of our school to ensure their earliest school days are happy, stimulating and fun. Stafford Schools is well-known for its strong sense of community; staff know students and parents well which creates a mutually supportive and responsible environment; student progress from Reception as happy and confident learners.

From music to science to sport we ensure our pupils reap the benefits of being taught by specialists. In addition to this, many members of staff have interests outside of teaching, which we draw upon in our extra-curricular programme.

We are committed to ongoing training and our staff regularly attend professional development training courses, keeping abreast of current thinking and educational practice.

Our teachers are also supported by our Enhanced Learning Department. This department provides additional support for those children who may need some extra help in certain areas or extension activities for those children identified as gifted and talented.

    About the Director

Stafford Boys High School is taking over from the once renowned Bell-House School. Bell-house was formerly owned and managed by Mr. Gidraph Mwangi until November, 2015 when his daughter Njeri Gidraph relocated from Dubai to take over the mantle.

As she is leasing the school property from her father for the next 16 years, her key mandate is to bring back the glory the school once had. With the opportunity of a fresh start, she has dared to dream again. Her passion being mainly to support and mentor the boy child, she is determined to leave no stone unturned in ensuring our boys become men of integrity and purpose.  She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA finalist and a holder of Bsc.(Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University(UK) with previous working experience in administration and management in global companies, she no doubt has what it takes to take Stafford to greater heights. Her mantra – when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful.
